What types of homes do you offer at Oasis?
Oasis offers spacious studio, 1 & 2-bedroom CGU and KGI apartments ranging from 429 to 771 square feet. Each home features carpet and vinyl flooring, and residents enjoy free laundry rooms on every floor. We also offer furnishing options through CORT Furniture and both private and shared apartment arrangements to suit a variety of lifestyles.
Is there parking or EV charging stations available?
Oasis is a controlled-access community, and we encourage you to contact our leasing team directly for the most current information on parking availability and EV charging options at the property.
What public transportation options are available nearby?
Claremont is served by Foothill Transit bus routes that connect the area to surrounding communities throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. The Claremont Metrolink station is also located nearby, offering rail service along the San Bernardino Line for commuters heading into downtown Los Angeles and beyond. That said, many residents find a personal vehicle helpful for day-to-day errands in the area.
